During my time at Winsoc Digital, I have learnt how to be part of a wider team and how a company functions through various departments. My communications skills have improved, as different departments need to understand each other to make an effective workforce. I am enjoying being part of a larger collective and I have learnt what it means to create and complete a project.My key roles have been managing our client’s social media profiles, so I have learnt how to speak in a professional and engaging manner.
