Concept & Brief

EH Smith sought to implement a customer portal with integrated CRM and project tracking to enhance visibility, collaboration, and communication across both internal and external stakeholders. The primary goals were:

  • To provide a central project tracking system for the sales team to monitor and manage prospective projects efficiently.
  • To launch a customer-facing portal enabling clients to view their brick schedules and engage directly with the EH Smith Customer Service Team.
  • To give internal departments greater access to order and scheduling information, fostering improved coordination and responsiveness.

Delivery

Winsoc Digital took the time to truly understand the nuances of our business model. From the start, they actively engaged with our internal teams, using tools like Basecamp to facilitate document sharing, planning, and collaborative problem-solving.

This project was a genuinely collaborative effort. How Winsoc solved the problem

In response to these issues, we created a partly bespoke, fully automated and cloud-based CRM system. The main objective of this being to help Evaframe easily and effectively manage leads and sales enquiries, and to help save admin time from the moment the lead is generated, to the moment the job is complete.

Outcome

The final system is a robust, fully integrated platform now used across sales, customer service, and management teams. It’s already delivering tangible benefits: increased internal alignment, improved customer communication, and a more efficient operational workflow. The system has enabled EH Smith to strengthen relationships with both customers and suppliers, all while maximising return on investment.
